Welcome to Stephen Knipe & Co

Stephen Knipe & Co is an established independent firm of Land Agents, Valuers & Surveyors covering the South Lincolnshire, North Cambridgeshire and East Midlands areas.

The firm can trace its origins back to mid Victorian times.  The current practice was formed in 1986 by Stephen Knipe BSc (Est Man), FAAV to continue the long tradition of service in South Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas.  The practice has developed since then and now offers a range of professional services to clients.

Emphasis is placed on adopting a professional and pro-active approach at a personal level with clients, however large or small.

On 1 July 2023 the practice merged with Richardson Surveyors of Stamford.   The name Stephen Knipe & Co however will remain for the foreseeable future and the firm will continue to use the same telephone number and email address.

Richardson offer a diverse range of services covering not only the agricultural and rural sector but also commercial property development and residential lettings.  As such there is considerable synergy between the two firms with strengths in agricultural and rural estate matters, agency management and professional valuation work
