Information for Landlords

Our service is flexible and caters for the needs of the individual client.  It will typically include the following:

  • Free initial consultation which includes an assessment of the likely monthly rent achievable
  • Letting service – full management or let only
  • Advice on any consent to let that may be required (for example if the property is subject to a mortgage)
  • Marketing your property
  • Arranging for an EPC to be provided (if required)
  • Tax implications explained
  • Advice regarding applicable safety regulations (eg gas and electric)
  • Comprehensive tenant reference checks
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement and a full inventory
  • Collection and lodging of the tenant’s deposit with the Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme, in accordance with legal requirements
