Residential and Commercial Lettings

 

We operate a professional letting service for residential and commercial owners with property in the Bourne and district area.

For residential property our service is comprehensive and includes valuing the property for rental purposes, finding tenants, processing applications made (including taking up references) and producing the tenancy agreement for signature by the parties.

For commercial property a similar service applies although we would normally expect the owner's solicitor to prepare the formal lease for signature.
