The report is in a standard form and is designed specifically as an economy service to help you minimize the risk of purchasing a home by answering the following questions: |
- Is the agreed price reasonable?
- Are there any drawbacks I don't know about?
- If so, what do I need to do about them?
Even if you are seeking a mortgage to assist with purchase, and therefore may well be paying for a Mortgage Valuation Report, it is still advisable and prudent to arrange your own survey by an independent properly qualified and experienced Surveyor. |
